I need to export a page to send to a client. How do I do that?

Is there a grid tool when using the area? So that I can input my spacing and it spits out total LF of the grid components?

I used Blubeam in the past and I liked the feature of dragging to make a box while using the area tool, instead of having to click all four corner...

Anyone have a rebar formula for footings that includes overlap and ultimately gives you total lbs?
