For us, a PDF and excel would be great. Ideally would like one that's inside the solution so we can make sure the data is always fresh - I get nervous about the dependencies of syncing out.

I'm nervous that this idea needs to be done with white gloves besides just a copy project. Shouldn't we be thinking of some sort of project tree so that it doesn't get messy like file explorer?

I'd like to second this! Manual is okay, but copy and pasting the detail on the sheet takes up room. Bluebeam does do some hyperlinking, but takes you to that sheet, not brings the sheet to you.
