Hi Jeffery, When you create the Annotation you like, right click on it and hit the gear. See if you can save your defaults that way. Then when you go to use it again it should be available.

I could see you using it for calculating the different heights of two manholes for an average depth from invert to rim elevations.You can carry that result down to the part level in multiple parts....
