Batch import can make yellow folders; you just need to change Assembly to Folder then Copy/Paste your names.

In addition to that, it would be nice if you could draw a line through all items in a plan. Say they phase the project out after you already took the project off whole.

you can duplicate a layer and rename it, then delete the items you don't want in that layer. That's my workaround at the moment.

So far, I'm using it to calculate SF of construction signs (Road Safety signs) Then I made a report to give me the total SF for each one I count on the plan. I agree, I like that you can't edit it.

Is your template kind of the same? one folder contains many, but they all perform the same function but are different sizes?
