I believe this was fixed a few releases ago, but you should now be able to copy a takeoff, open a new tab, and paste the copied takeoff.

We just deployed this feature. You can now print pages with takeoff via the print dropdown or by using the "Other" dropdown on the Print Multiple Pages popup.
