We just deployed this feature. You can now print pages with takeoff via the print dropdown or by using the "Other" dropdown on the Print Multiple Pages popup.

@Luke, that should be possible in our next update. We are adding the ability to switch the width field to formula mode, where you can reference [item width] to get your width.

Hey Kyle, just wanted to mention that page navigation via arrows came out a few updates ago, along with the ability to use the left and right arrows to expand/collapse folders/pages/takeoffs.
