Hey folks sorry I misspoke / misunderstood. I personally tend to ignore the takeoff level for the most part and create items and reference those properties in the part level to make it work for me....

I believe It should show up as long as the custom property has a value within said specific item. I could be wrong too though.

if You use text with tags for naming you can utilize custom properties for this if you use auto name my work around is to create a zero cost item and attach the label I want to show on the takeoff
